How to complain

What to do if you have a concern about our services - let us have the opportunity to put things right.

At Crystal Legal Services we do everything we can to provide the best service possible. But at the same time we appreciate that there may be times when you feel that we haven't quite lived up to your expectations.

If you are not happy about any part of our service we'd like to know. That way we can do something about it and use your feedback to improve the service we provide to all our customers.

Whatever your concern, tell us and we'll do what we can to fix it.


If you're not happy we'd like to know.

Please let us have any concerns or suggestions as quickly as possible. So, if there is something we are not doing as well as you would want or expect, please let us know.

Once we understand your complaint we will do all we can to put things right. If we can't fix it immediately we will manage your complaint and keep you informed in writing. In any case we will aim to resolve your complaint within 14 days of you contacting us.

If you are unhappy with the outcome of the complaint you can raise your complaint via the Ministry of Justice
